Pierogi with potatoes & cottage cheese
Grandma's best, ours are a close second - Russian yet Polish,
deliciously packed with rich cottage cheese, fried onion, potatoes and spices.
Dough: wheat flour, water, eggs, rapeseed oil, salt.
Filling: potatoes, cottage cheese, onion, garlic, marjoram, salt, black pepper, soy sauce.
